These pages are intended to serve as an introduction to my interests, experience, and accomplishments.

 

I have been blessed with many opportunities to design and manage the development of groundbreaking products such as; the JDL Excelerator (a pioneering AppleTalk to EtherTalk router), the CNS ClassWorks and Edunetics Classroom Maestro Curriculum Management systems, a "Muli-Lingual" Reading product for CNS, a "Highstakes test emulation system" for Achievement Technologies, as well as implementation procedures for an exciting web-base Mandarin Chinese curriculum from MyChinese360.

 

I have established, staffed, and managed Customer Support, Computer Operations, and Technical Support organizations. I have had the privilege to have served in; Project Management, Account Management, Pre and Post Sales Support, and statewide implementation management positions.

 

In many capacities, I acted as the primary liaison to strategic Customers, Vendors and 3rd Party Developers. And helped to establish and maintain collaborative client - vendor relationships.

 

I have been a hands-on manager, designer, and developer of educational systems and solutions, with extensive experience in Project and Product Management.
